ArtRage Pactice 4 - Umbrella

It took a little while to finish this picture in the end, but it's probably the picture I'm most happy with so far in ArtRage. So it turns out (unlike what I said in the last picture description) you can group layers, which works fine. I'm still coming to grips, as it were, with the blending and smudging tool palette knife...thing...

Also, I do think it'll miss having the precision inking tool what Photoshop had, it was a bit quicker and more precise overall at lining pictures...but then maybe I'm just being lazy and I should get better without it!

But anyway, the umbrella! For Christmas, my boyfriend bought me a lovely Fulton brand birdcage style umbrella, and the one in this picture is close to it...kind of. Can you tell I haven't really tried drawing an umbrella before?
